Friday for the adult crowd features the experimental rock improvisations of Sunburned Hand of the Man. Sunburned was born in Boston in the ’90s with roots in Western Mass today. Their live experimental rock improvisations have blown minds across the U.S. and Europe for decades.
Our friends Rare Geese, Wet Tuna, and Spectre Folk will open things up.
We’ll close out the night with an open house secret jam.

YOUR STOKE FOR LIVE MUSIC AND COMMUNITY JOY MAKING!!!

What is the Scarboro Bowl,
and why?!

For us, this is a labor of joy. It is an invitation to you, to tend your joy with music, dancing, art, nature and human connection. It is for all of us, of all ages. Bring your good energy and enthusiasm and, if you are able, make a donation to help us keep the Scarboro Bowl alive and support the artists. NOTAFLOF!

The Scarboro Bowl is our home. It’s a place that’s been calling me to make community music events here ever since I first laid eyes on it 20 years ago. For eight years now we’ve been gathering once or twice each summer in the forest by the Scarboro Brook to celebrate general existence with that ever dependable catalyst for collective effervescence and joy: live music.

It is my sincere pleasure to share the Scarboro Bowl with you. Thank YOU for sharing your aliveness with all of us.

Move your body to the music, explore the woods, climb to the treehouse, bounce your children on the trampoline, splash in the brook, make music, make your art in the forest, make memories, make friends. We can’t wait to see you soon!

Meanwhile, check out the Scarboro Bowl photo gallery to see images of all the fun we had last year.
